5 Concepts in Boom Beach that make no sense

And I am sure there are many more but,


#1. How do residences produce gold?


This one boggles the mind. I can understand the sawmill, quarry, and iron mine, but what about the residences? Are the islanders just mining gold under the houses or are they just that darn rich XD. I almost thought that maybe the head of the resistance may send gold for these people, but then why does it consistently come from the houses and not in a ship?


#2. Bullit?


 He can tank big cannons, death rays, and mortars that 2 shot heavy armored scorchers. He is literally stronger than steel. And once he is done he drinks some red-bull magic and is good as new. Then he literally takes less damage by taunting his enemies. I don't think this really works.


#3. Why don't the Heros not on your layout defend the HQ?


I actually heard an explanation saying that the troops are out patrolling the archipelago while you arn't on, but you only have one boat for one Hero so........ what about the others? Are they just sitting in the shack saying "Nah, going 2 feet to defend is too much work so I'll just sit on my rear and watch."? Though it gets weirder. Why are your Heroes attacking your HQ on enemy raids? I smell some conspiracy here. Maybe the "Heros" arn't so Heroic after all. That or cloning. Eeeck.


#4. How does logging on instantly rebuild your base while upgrading takes days?


Come on now, some one else has to find this weird. How do you take all the destruction and damage and just instantly rebuild everything like its nothing. To find the materials and manpower would certainly take some time. But lets assume that we have top tier engineers and master builders with plenty resources. Why then does it take so long. You are telling me that you can take my level 22 sniper tower and rebuild it instantly but to take a perfectly good 21 sniper tower and upgrade it takes days? Then to top it off if it is destroyed during a battle there is no delay in finishing the upgrade? Sure.........


#5. How and why does the weapons lab only offer certain weapons at a time?


So on day 1 the scientists are like "yeah, we can build a grappler no problem," and the next day they can't? Why? Do they just keep losing the blueprints and have to keep calling HQ for new ones? If so we have a serious organization problem? Or is it that the scientists are super lazy and are like "Yeah we know you are pushing
VP and could use a shield generator, but we are just lazy, so take a sky shield instead. Its in our union's contract."




I know there are a lot more and I know its just a game, but I thought this would be interesting.

2) Have you seen that big S on his chest?  That and crystal meth.

3) They’re too busy with Dr. Kavan’s “medicinal” stuff to bother.

4) Ask your local labor union. They’re probably involved somehow.

5) That depends on tariffs Donald Trump feels like imposing on any given week.

Who says we are the resistance? I seem to recall a few people thinking the story fits better that we are actually the bad guys 😱

Yeah I remember that one. That would explain the whole hero thing.


But you know whats weirder? Why do we PAY Lt. Hammerman to attack us? The whole system here is just weird. Why do you pay the enemy to come and attack your own base? Thats like paying an assassin to come and kill you when you don't want to die. Then when he wins, he just walks away. Hammerman, what are you thinking? TAKE SOME LOOK. Its just so weird.

Yeah that's weird. Then she will even offer you tokens and tickets just to buy them back  :o


Also, why do heroes need her tokens to upgrade their abilities?

how about warriors...in a game with lasers and doom cannons etc we have this magical warrior with his magic hammer that heals himself every time he smashes somthing!! DUMB!!


also...why would our gunboat and landing craft filled with troops sit idol and watch our base get leveled and not lift a finger to defend our base?
