If all else fails, or you use a different platform, you can use the following link to contact Supercell Support:

NOTE: You will need an email address in order to contact support this way!

Part 4: Things ONLY Supercell Support Can Help With

The following is a list of things that ONLY Supercell Support can help you with:

  • Lost accounts: These will require some information, including your in-game name ,your experience level ,your Headquarters' level ,your Task Forces' name (if you are in one), and a receipt for any in-game purchases.
  • Stolen/Hacked accounts: This is a better prevent and fix scenario, NEVER give away your personal information (account and real life) to ANYONE. Should you be in this situation, you will need to prove you are the rightful owner of the account, and even then you may be referred to your app/play store.
  • Any issues with another player in game. Remember that public name is shame is forbidden on the forums!
  • Bad Transactions: Note: Support will probably recommend you to contact your app/play store to try to get a refund (but no guarantees).
  • READ THIS: ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. NEVER SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNLESS A VERIFIED SUPERCELL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE ASKS FOR IT. The only thing they would probably ask for is an email for contact/supercell ID purposes. If anyone else asks for any information, it is a scam and do NOT reply. The only possible exception is if a person with an orange badge that says Supercell Staff and has a name with supercell in brackets in their name asks for an email, but this will only happen if you reach out to them first. In any case, if your need requires sharing information like that, always contact Supercell Support!

Thank you again to Bakunin for helping me with this thread!

Best of Luck Commander!
