Yallik - 26 sep 2018 - Grapplers: Use with Caution

I believe Mr. Squiggles here was 3 ice, twin shields. But his third prototype was a grappler, and that was all the leverage needed to carve a massive hole out of the left side of his base with HRCZM and Bullit serving as a shield against the rockets.

“In Boom Beach and in real life” 😂

Nice vid. Cool strat. I like all the unique strategies that are possible now with Bullit.

You can do the same with bullit to clear out grapplers before a tgm/tmed/gren/rm attack.  Bonus if there's a dead spot shared between the grappler and an SL.  I may have posted a vid before, will see if I can find it.

I have a whole playlist full of these. Bullitt Madness, I think it's called? In the best example, I think I got 4 of the 5 ranged towers with B -- all three rockets, and I got myself into the blind spot of a SL.

Moral of the story, you should have your ranged towers spread apart in your base anyway, bc those are your defense against RZCM. And if you choose to have a Grappler, maybe don't put it RIGHT out front of your base, cuz that's asking for trouble, be it Bullitt or Everspark/UR.

I dont use grapplers that often, but I've found it is often helpful to use them to pull troops away from where they would want to be.
