I'm one who did lose tokens and who submitted a ticket to support via in game help.  Does anyone know how you can review the message trail as I cannot see it any more.  I only get an option to submit a new problem.  Assistance greatly appreciated.

Somewhere in forums I have come across they are working on. Not sure the status of fix. It is apparently a difficult thing to reimburse.

Yep I've read in forums myself and have seen the post by Rlight regarding fix/reimbursement. I was more wondering how I can review/view a closed ticket from the in game help menu.  if I can too see a message from SC regarding re-imbursement I will inform my own TF members of whats happening and confirm here in forums too.
